Helped turn house into home!

Moving can be a very stressful time in your life, especially when you are packing up and relocating from a home that you have lived in for fifteen plus years to a new part of the state where you know nobody. We moved due to work relocation and signed on originally to work with a realtor based off of a Google search. The first realtor we worked with was extremely pushy and did not listen to concerns that we had but pushed a quick easy sale for themselves. The mounting stress of work relocation, a new area with no friends, and the lack of a home to call our own built up and we decided we needed to try and find a realtor that truly cared about their clients. Somehow we lucked into finding Jim Beavers with Cedar Creek Realty and we found exactly what we needed to ease our stress levels and find our perfect home. Jim listened to our concerns, wants, and our needs. He genuinely cared about things we required due to medical concerns, and things we needed to make this new house into our home.
